UX · IA · AI · Dallas, TX

I am the human
in the loop.

I design the workflows operators trust when they turn data and AI into fast, high-stakes decisions. I lead the teams that build them without dropping the craft.

Over twenty years across digital and data marketing, B2B platform design, and creative leadership. Currently leading UX and design for IBM Consulting client engagements in healthcare, aerospace and defense, automotive, retail, and consumer. Before IBM, fifteen years inside Omnicom building digital products and creative work for clients like Honda, Acura, Michaels, and AT&T.

I'm equally comfortable in a discovery session with a CMO, a research conversation with a clinical practitioner, and a Figma file at midnight when something has to ship.

Approach

Where I put
the thinking.

Human-in-the-loop design. The actual design problem is the moment between the algorithm finishing and the person deciding. Almost every interesting AI design question lives in that gap.

IA in product. Most platform IA failures are language failures wearing structural costumes. The fix is deciding, with conviction, what the platform's nouns and verbs are, and then defending those choices.

Design systems. Components, tokens, and patterns are about a third of the work. The rest is governance and the engineering partnership that keeps the system alive.
